The purpose of the creation of this amulet, was to commemorate the building of the Roeng Rien Suwannabhumi Witayalai Dhamma College for teaching the Pariyatti Dhamma to Buddhist Monks. The amulets were released in the year 2505 BE and handed out to devotees, for what was even back in those days a ridiculously low 2 Baht donation.
This was the first edition of 2505, and because of the famed enerosity of giving the amulets out to devotees after they donated anything over a mere 2 Baht, led this amulet to be known by the knicknae of the 'Pra Sorng Baht', meaning '2 Baht Buddha'.
The oily blackened surface sheen of the copper coin exudes character, and gives depth and warmth to the 'Rasamee' aura of the amulet, lending a warm glow to the surface of the amulet when the light catches it.
