All products are sent out per registered airmail parcel and arrive within less than 30 days, mostly requiring circa 10 to 21 days for arrival depending on country. Usa and Canada take a little longer.

We accept responsibility for any broken or undelivered products, except when the package is damaged on the outside, in which case, you must refuse to accept the parcel and make a complaint to your post office, and we will accept the return parcel and replace it with new item. All Amulets guaranteed authentic or money back.

Returns on items which are as described but which you have doubts about (e.g. authenticity doubts), are subject to the rules of our return Policy. Postage is free for packages under 300 Grams after which the Thailand Airmail postage costs will be applied automatically to your order. For some countries such as USA, we may use EMS instead of Thailand International Aimail for parcels over 300 Grams. Both services are efficient and fast.

If your Amulet, or your goods ordered did not arrive, or get lost in the post, we guarantee that we always replace the goods or return the money to you.

Please do not take out PayPal claims if you are worried about your order. You must contact us first, because we always ready to assist you and refund or replace the goods. You can therefore not lose with us, unless you enter into a breach of agreement by escalating paypal claims without contacting us.

Customer Claims Policy for Paypal Claims and Disputes;

If you paid for your order with paypal, and have an issue, we do not allow undiscussed issues to be raised to a claim unless you contact us first to solve your problem if any. If you raise a claim before contacting us, you are in breach of contract before ever passing through paypal's portal, and the claim will be null and void.

Downloadable goods are NON-RETURNABLE for the obvious reason that it is impossible to determine if the person kept a copy of the digital goods or not after downloading. Please read carefully the explanations of digital downloads before going ahead. We do not return money for virtual goods.
